He went on to co-found two healthcare IT companies, raising over $36 million in private capital, and led the digital transformation of a major medical publisher, positioning it for strategic acquisition.
In the real estate sector, Monty founded The Renaissance Group, a luxury home design and remodeling firm recognized for custom builds and high-end execution. In entertainment and immersive technology, Monty served as President/COO of PixelFLEX and Elite Multimedia Productions, two industry leaders in advanced LED display solutions and experiential environments.
